Integrated Thinking Solutions (ITS) is an independent 100% Black female owned, advisory and consulting firm that helps organisations navigate the evolving environmental, social and governance (ESG) landscape to manage risk, capture opportunity and create long-term value.
We support organisations to identify, assess, mitigate, manage and report on ESG risks, while optimising opportunities across strategy, governance, operations, capital and decision-making.
By connecting ESG considerations to core business priorities, we help organisations strengthen resilience, improve performance and create shared value for business, society and the environment — contributing to sustainable development and advancing the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
We help businesses transform through advisory, consulting, and executive education, translating responsible business principles into mindset shifts, practical systems, and everyday decision-making.
Simple. Insightful. Practical solutions — designed to keep you ahead.
